Yesterday was a beautiful day. Not much visable change in the house but a good day to dig in the dirt. We planted trees, shrubs and bulbs. Some of you have heard about our rock issue. Well the picture says it all. The house is setting to the left of this "rock" bank. Need any landscaping rock or maybe a fountain rock? We hadn't planned on having a fountain but I think it is now in our future. Ron has planted about 15 trees with more to go. The lines for the septic tank and well are done and the trenches are filled. The framing is scheduled to start this week. We have our fingers crossed.

This is great! It's fun to log in from time to time and see the progress.
Man! I'd love to get my hands on some of that rock but not sure it would be real cost effective to travel 428 miles to pick it up. Good idea to get some things in if they're not going to be in the way of the project. Hope the framing starts! :)
