There are major changes going on at the property. The weather has changed to a little sun (rain for the next three days), the flowers and trees are starting to peak their heads out, and lots is happening in the house.
The house is now completely painted inside. The majority of the walls are a tan-nish white and the center walls are more of a green color. I'm sure Bethany and Peggy have a better name for them than that, but hey...they're not here at the moment.
My den of course is a shade of dark red that Bethany helped me pick out and I love it. Once the cabinets are in I think it will be perfect.
The daffadils are at the front of the drive way and let you know that you are about home. Nice to see them instead of the snow that has been there for so long. The last of which just left last week.
The tile work has started. If you need a good tile man we highly recommend our contractor, Kurt Crawford Construction. Besides the fact that he is our nephew, he does a great job.
The can lights have all been installed by Nice Electric and all of the light switches are in place.
The hardwoods are setting in the house and we expect them to start going down next week.
Thanks for checking in. Ron & Peggy (Peg's in Medford teaching and visiting our good friend Angie Tillson.)

Love your red, Ron!!! Good job! The green looks good, too. Sounds like things are really happening! We're excited for you! Keep posting! It's fun checking out your progress.
After our visit yesterday, Norbert and I were in agreement that your house is....well, "thoughtful." (And I can't say that about too many houses!) You have resisted ridiculous square footage, yet with its many windows, oversized doors and vaulted ceilings, it is very freeing with an expansive spirit. Your entry understands "welcome" as it draws you into the center and then brings you to the display walls. And instead of vertically battling with the trees surrounding you, it folds neatly into the lay of the land. Some think a smart house has to do with electronics; yours is just plain smart. Our highest compliments!
Charles
Thanks for "getting it," Charles.
